As the Director of Marketing, you lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the marketing division. You oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives-spanning branding, customer engagement, events, and partnerships-to drive growth and strengthen the company's market presence. Your leadership ensures marketing efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and execution of all property-level marketing initiatives, including casino promotions, special events, database marketing, player development campaigns, loyalty program strategies, advertising, digital marketing, and social media engagement
- Partner closely with property leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive casino revenue, increase visitation, grow market share, improve guest retention, and enhance overall property performance
- Oversee the property's player loyalty and rewards programs, utilizing guest and player data to develop targeted marketing campaigns that increase acquisition, activation, frequency of visits, and player worth
- Analyze gaming, visitation, and guest behavior trends to identify opportunities, measure marketing effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations that improve business results and return on investment
- Direct the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional calendars, special events, tournaments, entertainment programs, and incentive campaigns designed to drive guest engagement and revenue growth
- Manage database marketing efforts, including direct mail, email marketing, mobile campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalized offers to maximize player response and loyalty
- Lead the property's digital marketing strategy, including website content, social media platforms, online advertising, reputation management, and guest engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with Gaming Operations, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Finance, and Player Development leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with property goals and deliver a seamless guest experience
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, promotional reinvestment, advertising expenditures, and campaign performance to ensure effective allocation of resources and achievement of revenue objectives
- Establish key performance indicators and regularly evaluate campaign performance, guest engagement metrics, promotional ROI, database growth, visitation trends, and revenue results to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and exceptional guest service
- Serve as the primary liaison between property leadership and corporate marketing teams, ensuring alignment of corporate initiatives while adapting strategies to meet the unique needs and market conditions of the property
- Promote a guest-centric culture by enhancing the overall customer experience through impactful marketing programs, loyalty initiatives, and responsive service recovery when needed

Qualifications

- 5 years of marketing leadership experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in strategic planning and execution in a gaming or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing casino marketing strategies, including promotions, special events, player development initiatives, loyalty programs, database marketing, and digital marketing campaigns
- Exceptional decision-making, planning, and analytical skills with a track record of achieving measurable business goals
- Strong understanding of casino operations, player segmentation, player reinvestment strategies, loyalty programs, and gaming analytics
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media strategy, online advertising, reputation management, and guest engagement best practices
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Skilled in budget management, workforce planning, and process optimization
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills; experience managing large-scale marketing initiatives and complex budgets
- Proven ability to lead multi-property or multi-unit teams with demonstrated success in achieving marketing and revenue goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiar with analytics tools and business intelligence platforms

Requirements

- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
