Our Solution Engineers combine deep industry knowledge with specialist technology expertise. Partnering closely with Sales, they work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value. Success in this role means building trusted customer relationships, supporting the growth of a strong pipeline, shaping compelling solution strategies, and helping to win complex transformation opportunities.
This role is based in the US and supports customers across North America. Travel across the region will be required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work. This Solution Engineer role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including SCM, ERP/EPM, HCM, and CX.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Use Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Present, and articulate the value of Oracle Saas SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Life Sciences events.
- Drive the strategic growth of Fusion Life Sciences Applications through active contribution to the Solution Engineering community.
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
- Proactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Continually develop your skills and knowledge across Oracle SaaS SCM and ERP/EPM/HCM/CX.
- Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
- Understand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $52.60 to $89.90 per hour; from: $109,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
