Marketing Manager

Position Opportunity The Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting growth initiatives through strategy development and execution, strategic marketing, brand development, and cross-functional project management. This role requires a hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to multiple business segments. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead and coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Strategy Development: take high level initiatives and distill them into actionable strategies.
- Brand & Product Support: Assist in developing and maintaining consistent branding across all platforms and materials; collaborate with internal teams on packaging, promotions, and new product launches.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and business development decisions.
- Content & Communication: Draft and manage marketing content for internal and external communications, including sales materials, social media, and trade events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.
- Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Plan and execute company participation in trade shows, customer meetings, and promotional events.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Education/Training/Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Project Management Certificate Preferred.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $70000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
