About this role

Job Title: Project Manager Job Description
Facilitate the definition of proper scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budget. Assemble and coordinate project staff, providing direction to the team. Lead the planning and implementation of projects while managing budgets and participating in review meetings. Track and report project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop solutions.
- Maintain a strong rapport with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
- Conduct site walks for quality assurance and project reviews.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage all closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, record drawings, construction cost database input, follow-up marketing, and team debriefing.
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
Essential Skills
- Project management
- Electrical experience
- Procore software proficiency
- Field experience in the electrical space
- Basic Microsoft Suite experience
- Ability to multi-task in high-volume, fast-paced work environments
- Ability to manage and run multiple projects
- Exceptional computer skills
- Fluent in estimating
- 3+ years' experience preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on electrical experience
- Working knowledge of projects and code
- Multi-family/mixed-use construction experience preferred
- Journeyman or master electrical license a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Stable employment history
- OSHA certification
- FASA BASA certification

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $50.48/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
