As an Inventory Clerk , you will be a key part of our workshop operations and play an important role in supporting our mission to serve educators. You will support our inventory control team in managing replacement computer parts throughout the entire inventory process—from receiving and labeling to auditing, stocking, and shipping .

Key Responsibilities

As an  Inventory Associate  at Cell Tech Inc., you will be an essential part of our operations, working directly with computer parts to ensure accurate stock management and smooth workflow. From receiving shipments to stocking, labeling, auditing, and preparing outbound orders, your contribution helps us deliver high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to learning, multi-tasking abilities & problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have interest or experience with technology, this position would be a great fit for you! Key Responsibilities:

- Receive inbound shipments and manage outbound packages (up to 55 lbs).

- Prepare bulk shipments, including pick-packing, pallet building, and wrapping for transport.

- Maintain and audit inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.

- Utilize inventory software and spreadsheets for data entry and stock tracking.

- Assist with regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

- Support Technicians by ensuring they have the necessary parts and supplies.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Inventory and Site Managers.

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field is a plus.

- Basic computer skills, including data entry experience.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Capable of performing repetitive tasks, such as scanning and stocking inventory.

- Have the legal right to work in the U.S.

- Flexibility in tasks and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements

- 1-2 years of Inventory Clerk experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Ability to pass a drug test if necessary

- 8-hour shift (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM)
