About this role

Build and lead the Mass & Club business
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sr Director, National Accounts – Mass & Club will own Wondercide’s
strategic expansion into major non-specialty national retailers. The role begins as a senior individual
contributor who leads through influence, external brokers and cross-functional partners. As the platform
scales, the organization may add other dedicated support.
Initial customer priorities
 Walmart — highest near-term priority and a mandatory area of prior experience.
 Costco — highly preferred experience and an important growth opportunity.
 Target, Sam’s Club and BJ’s — additional priority accounts as the platform develops.
 Future expansion to include Meijer, Menards, Lowe’s and The Home Depot, subject to phasing based on buyer
interest and organizational readiness.
Categories in scope
 Pet products, including flea & tick control, grooming and wellness.
 Household pest control.
 Lawn & garden pest control.
What the role owns
 New distribution: account strategy, retailer engagement, line reviews, negotiations and commercialization.
 Account leadership: annual planning, assortment, pricing, promotional strategy, scorecards and executive
relationships.
 Broker network: objectives, account coverage, performance reviews, accountability and coordination.
 Commercial economics: customer P&Ls, trade investment, margin management and profitable growth.
 Forecasting and supply alignment: demand plans, launch forecasts, replenishment assumptions and issue
escalation.
 Channel discipline: MAP compliance, pricing integrity and thoughtful management of omnichannel implications.
 Retailer-ready architecture: item assortment, pack sizes, case packs, pallet configuration and customer-
specific requirements.
