What You’ll Do:
- Experience providing direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Work across home, school, and clinic settings

- Prior ABA experience
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)

Schedule in Santa Ana, CA :
Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday, 4 :30 PM-7:00 PM. NO WEEKENDS!
