Requirements:

- Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company's patients.

- Attends to any unskilled personal care services that the consumer requires using the Rules and Regulations document provided by the Company.

- Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics

- Provide assistance or stand by assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.

- Perform housekeeping tasks as directed

- Make bed, change and launder linens

- Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop

- Clean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and only the consumers living area and bedroom

- Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, run errands as needed, mop floors (make sure floor is dry before leaving)

- Advises staffing director of requests which cannot be met or of conditions which are unsafe

- Is dependable to consumers and Company in both providing and documenting services on time sheets

- Additional responsibilities may be added as appropriate

Qualifications:

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.

- Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.

- Some experience working with elderly and frail but will train.

- Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 -$19.29 per hour

Experience: Home Care 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
