MASSAGE THERAPIST

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized massage services while creating a relaxing and welcoming experience for Members and guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to providing a high level of service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of prior spa or massage therapy experience preferred.
- Must hold a current Georgia Massage Therapy License and maintain professional liability insurance.
- Experience and training in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.
- Provide professional, personalized massage services based on each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and genuine care for Members and guests.
- Maintain a professional manner, appearance, and demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Maintain discretion and respect Member privacy and confidentiality.
- Comply with all applicable local and state licensing laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the ACC team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of days and hours based on Member demand and scheduling needs.
Qualifications
We Offer:
- $9 per hour plus 70% of massage service sales.
- All linens and massage products provided by Augusta Country Club.
