About this role

Job Title: Sourcer Job Description The primary responsibility of a Sourcer is to identify, engage, and evaluate talent for current and future hiring needs while promoting career opportunities within the organization. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and proactively sourcing qualified professionals to support business growth and workforce planning.

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and upcoming staffing requirements and business objectives.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment methods, including applicant tracking systems, online databases, networking, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess work experience, education, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employment records.
- Communicate with applicants regarding job opportunities, application status, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Educate prospective candidates about the organization's culture, operations, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment-related policies and procedures.
- Understanding of talent acquisition, candidate selection processes, and employee development principles.
- Familiarity with business operations and workforce planning strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Morton, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
