About this role

We are excited to add a second shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Warehouse Associate I to our Order Fulfillment team at our Green Bay headquarters. This is an entry-level opportunity, and we are committed to setting you up for success with hands-on training and support from day one.

This role is great for someone who is looking for a company to learn & grow with (we promote from within!), likes to stay active, is able to work on their feet & lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis as needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and prioritizes accuracy and productivity and enjoys the work hard play hard atmosphere.

This is a full-time position with a set schedule of 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.

- Must be willing/able to obtain valid forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener

- Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations –NetSuite hardware/software.

- Must make safety a priority.

- Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.

- Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds.

- Must be able to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting

- Must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
