Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing multifamily architectural projects
- Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Licensed Architect ( California license preferred )
- Experience managing client relationships, project teams, scope, fees, schedules, profitability, and collections
- Strong mentoring and team leadership experience
