Job Title: Receptionist

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist for a 5-month contract assignment in Kenosha, WI. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain visitor logs.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and preparation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Respond to general inquiries and route requests to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support office operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
