About this role

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. This role ensures that all hiring activities align with established recruiting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements for the supported region and business. You will work closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams to coordinate high-volume hiring activities, manage candidate communication, and facilitate a smooth pre-hire and new hire experience. Responsibilities

- Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team, including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates.
- Schedule interviews with prospective candidates and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and administrative assistants.
- Send interview details and related information to candidates and hiring managers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among assigned sourcers, hiring managers, and recruiters to support an efficient hiring process.
- Oversee and coordinate the offer letter and contract roll-out process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
- Manage and track reference checks, security clearances, and other pre-hire or transfer activities in accordance with policy.
- Assist in the execution of all pre-hire activities, including collecting required documents from candidates.
- Support the gathering of data needed to create new hire records and update recruitment applications such as Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Prepare and submit accurate new hire information to HR Shared Services for processing.
- Ensure that day-one paperwork and documentation required for personnel files are collected and forwarded to the appropriate document management group.
- Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with a matrixed team and multiple stakeholders to support volume hiring and consistent delivery of recruiting services.

Essential Skills

- 3–4 years of recruitment or human resources job-related experience, including recruiting coordination or volume hiring.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring and managing activities within a delivery organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications used in recruitment processes.
- Working knowledge of recruitment systems and HR applications such as Workday Recruiting and PeopleSoft.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a matrixed team environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and complete tasks on time in alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- Internships in recruiting, human resources, or related fields accepted as experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- College or university degree in human resources, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of at least one additional local language relevant to the span of support.
- Familiarity with internal company policies and procedures.
- Ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with a team of 5 or more resources within a delivery or recruiting organization.
- Experience in human resources, recruiting, or marketing functions.
- Demonstrated ability to support volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment This role is based in an onsite office environment, working five days per week in a facility.

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
