Our Technology Summer Internship gives students the opportunity to put what they’re learning in the classroom into practice while gaining hands-on experience in a global insurance organization.

As a Technology Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects that support real business needs. You’ll have opportunities to strengthen your technical skills, build your professional network, develop your leadership and communication capabilities, and learn how technology is helping shape the future of insurance.

Internship opportunities are available in Philadelphia, PA and Jersey City, NJ across several technology disciplines including:

- Software Engineering
- Data Engineering
- Cybersecurity Engineering

During the 8-week summer program, you’ll become part of a collaborative technology community where you’ll learn from experienced colleagues, contribute your ideas, and gain exposure to the systems, projects, and technologies that power a global organization.

The pay range for this internship is $27 to $35 per hour. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for curious, motivated students who are excited to learn, contribute, and grow. You may be a strong fit if you:

- Are a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy learning new technical concepts
- Bring strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Communicate effectively and are comfortable sharing ideas with teammates, peers, and leaders
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Take initiative and are motivated to learn and succeed
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Are adaptable, intellectually curious, and open to new ideas
- Pay attention to details while keeping the broader objective in mind
