- Strong commission structure with additional incentives for top performers. Hourly : Starting rate is $22.80 per hour or $47,424 annually. The full range is $22.80 - $28.50 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus : Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential : $59,424 ($47,424 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $77,280 ($59,280 base + $18,000 bonus)
