As a Deals Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques to evaluate business performance and potential growth opportunities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis to identify trends and insights
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and inform recommendations
- Engaging in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Leveraging industry trend analysis to provide informed advice on market conditions and opportunities
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to enhance service delivery
- Navigating complex transactions and adapting to changing business environments
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
