Job Title: EHS Training Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented EHS Training Coordinator to manage and oversee the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) training initiatives. This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive training matrix, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring all training documentation is accurate and audit-ready. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for full-time employment in a leading pharmaceutical capital expansion environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive EHS training matrix for all impacted personnel, tracking completion status, due dates, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate training schedules between instructors, project teams, contractors, and stakeholder personnel while managing class rosters, attendance records, and training logistics.
- Communicate upcoming training requirements and schedule changes effectively.
- Collect, organize, and maintain training records, sign-in sheets, certifications, and completion documentation, ensuring they are audit-ready and available for stakeholder review.
- Identify training gaps and work with stakeholders to address these prior to project turnover.
- Provide routine status reports on training completion and readiness metrics.
- Support final training-related turnover documentation and closeout activities.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in training coordination and facilitation.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Experience in a regulated environment with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
- Proficiency in EHS training coordination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
