Overview

BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the execution of a mission-critical USPACOM program. This position is focused on managing deliverables, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects to completion. Technical expertise is not required; success in this position depends on disciplined execution, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.

- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.

- Assign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.

- Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and execution barriers and elevate them appropriately.

- Coordinate with internal teams, mission partners, customers, and senior leaders.

- Prepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level updates.

- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.

- Support quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.

- Drive accountability across project teams and maintain momentum against established priorities.

- Anticipate upcoming requirements and ensure stakeholders are prepared to meet deadlines

Qualifications

- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.

- Demonstrated project or program management experience within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal government, or a comparable environment.

- Proven ability to manage deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience maintaining action-item trackers and driving tasks through completion.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, and senior leaders.

- Strong follow-through, judgment, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project-tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project-management training.

- Experience supporting combatant-command, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.

- Experience preparing executive briefings, performance reports, and program-management documentation.

- Familiarity with government deliverable and records-management requirements.
