Description

For more than 60 years, Tyndale has helped readers discover the life-giving truths of God’s Word. Today we’re one of the largest independently owned Christian publishers in the world. Though our business has grown, our mission remains the same: to open God’s Word to as many as possible in language they can relate to and understand.

The Office Services team does more than just fulfill tasks—we step into a ministry of support that directly impacts God’s kingdom work. We are a team marked by joyful service, humble flexibility, and a heart for hospitality. Whether we’re preparing a space for a guest, delivering resources to a coworker, or solving a last-minute need, we serve with purpose and care, knowing every task contributes to a greater mission. We take pride in pursuing excellence and stewardship in all we do, relying on one another and trusting God to use our efforts to create a place where others can flourish.

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team! You will find yourself all over the building in this full-time, in-office position where you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing a variety of essential administrative tasks and providing support for other team members. If you’re someone who has the desire to grow in your administrative skills, enjoys a physically active role, and is passionate about serving with a heart for ministry, we’d love to talk with you.

- Support mailroom operations as a backup to the Mail Tech, including mail processing and occasional special projects.
- Keep office, janitorial, and lunchroom supplies stocked and organized throughout the facility.
- Maintain paper stock in copier areas and help ensure office equipment is operating smoothly.
- Make various in-house deliveries, including dropping off or collecting supplies, and relocating products.
- Help maintain employee resources including the employee bookshelf and coffee station.
- Assist with running the tech booth for chapel services, meetings, and company events.
- Partner with teams across the organization to support events, administrative projects, and other day-to-day needs.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Office administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be comfortable with regularly speaking on the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the ability to work pleasantly with people.
- A heart for service is a must!
- Basic computer and technology skills, including Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith (https://tynadmin.tyndale.com/wp-content/uploads/Statement-of-Faith.pdf)
