Lead Cleaner - Part time Evenings

JV Janitorial is hiring a dependable, hands-on Lead Cleaner for our team at Westfield Country Club & Event Center in Westfield Center, Ohio .

This is a working lead position. You will be responsible for your own cleaning duties while also helping lead the evening team, training cleaners, monitoring quality, and making sure work is completed to JV and client standards.

Please review the location carefully before applying. Westfield Center is a more remote location and can be a significant commute from the Cleveland area. We are looking for someone who can reliably report to this location for late-evening shifts on an ongoing basis.

Schedule & Pay

- Part-time evening position

- Shifts generally begin between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM

- Approximately $18+ per hour , based on experience and qualifications

- Consistent evening availability is required

What Youll Do

- Perform assigned cleaning duties throughout the Country Club and Event Center

- Lead and support other cleaners during the shift

- Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures and expectations

- Inspect completed work for quality and completeness

- Help organize assignments and keep the team on task

- Identify cleaning, supply, staffing, or performance concerns and communicate them promptly to management

- Reinforce proper use of cleaning products, tools, equipment, and safety procedures

- Help ensure the property is ready for members, guests, events, and client expectations

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

- Previous commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred

- Lead, supervisory, training, or quality-inspection experience preferred

- Comfortable giving direction and addressing quality concerns

- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

- Strong attention to detail

- Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

- Reliable transportation to Westfield Center, OH

- Available for late-evening part-time work
