What the role is about:
Our Marijuana Packaging Technician is responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of our packaging machine. Successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable using a computer; strong computer skills are desired.
What impact you'll make:
- Strong communication skills
- Entering products into METRC
- Ensure machine is operating at appropriate specifications and standards
- Provides equipment response, adjustments and stabilization of machine
- Cleaning of equipment
- Organizing
- Quality Control
What you’ve accomplished:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top notch attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50lbs
- Reliability is considered an essential function of the smooth operation of the machine
- Long periods of sitting and/or standing
- Warehouse is not climate controlled
