About this role

Position Specifics:

Department: Parts

Reports to: Parts and Service Department Managers

Supervises: None

Purpose:

Operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork between the dealership locations.

Responsibilities:

- Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities and parts drop box locations; may also deliver to customers

- Maintains assigned truck and trailer, as needed for business needs, on a regular schedule and keeps related equipment in good condition

- Perform load securement at each location

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

- Maintains a valid drivers license, CDL preferred

- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 80lbs for loading and unloading

- Forklift certification required, LandMark can provide

- Must have a clean driving record

- Time management as each location is time sensitive for arrival and departure

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds on a regular basis. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing in and out of trucks and trailers, and securing loads. Prolonged periods of sitting while operating a vehicle and intermittent standing and walking throughout the shift. Regular use of hands and arms to operate vehicle controls, secure cargo, and handle parts and equipment. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
