Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products is looking for an Estimating Representative to join our team! In this position, you will be assisting our customers by giving accurate quotes and estimates on their orders.

Work   Authorization :   To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must   be authorized to   work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

- Responsible for quick and efficient processing of quotes based on requests from customers, sales, and marketing.
- Applies pricing programs developed according to the product/sales strategy/and revenue recognition requirements using the costing model and sales tools.
- Collects information for proper quotations from other functions such as distribution, kitting, and fulfillment and shipping.
- Computes cost estimates from 3rd parties for products, decoration, subcontracted work, and labor.
- Computes gross profit percentages and adds to cost estimates to calculate selling prices.
- Knowledge and understanding of the products, production times and vendor capabilities is necessary.
- Resolves questions and problems and refers complex issues to management.
- Builds strong relationships with all internal departments such as distribution, implementation, customer service, and order entry to ensure workflows complement one another.
- Builds strong relationships with vendors to negotiate best solutions and pricing
- Responsible for customer inventory analysis and review for replenishment
- Familiar with international shipping rules, regulations and practices.

You Must Have:

- 2+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, or a related field
- Ability to display a solid mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills

We Would Also Prefer:

- Post-secondary education or college degree and general clerical and administrative skills
