- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, prioritize work, and build capability across a team or function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and risk-assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and recommend practical, defensible solutions.
- Ability to manage escalations, balance stakeholder needs, and communicate decisions and guidance clearly to employees, supervisors, HR, Payroll, Legal, Labor Relations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience partnering across functions to improve processes, strengthen controls, resolve operational issues, and support consistent service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex time, pay, policy, or system topics into clear guidance for varied audiences.

- Experience with Workday Time, Crew Time Management, or other enterprise timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management systems
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, user acceptance testing, requirements gathering, change management, or process transformation initiatives.
