Main responsibilities:

- Design and perform experiments that generate critical insights for process development decisions.
- Use automated laboratory systems and high-throughput assays to efficiently evaluate process performance.
- Apply digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, uncover trends, and support scientific decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows, and laboratory technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address development challenges and advance therapeutic programs.
- Contribute technical expertise to the implementation of new automation and analytics capabilities.
- Share findings and recommendations that influence development strategies and manufacturing readiness.

About you:

Basic Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related laboratory environment
- Academic or research experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with high-throughput assays, laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton), and analytical instrumentation
- Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze data, and translate results into actionable scientific recommendations
- Proficiency with digital and data visualization tools for data analysis (e.g., SoftMax or similar software)
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with guidance

The salary range for this position is:
$75.000,00 - $108.333,33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs, and additional benefits information can  be found here.
