Job Title: Temporary Recruiter Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Recruiter to join our team and provide essential support following recent internal staffing changes. This role will focus on managing recruiting volume and ensuring efficient hiring processes. The assignment is initially expected to last three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Screen applicants and guide them through the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure requisitions move forward efficiently.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Manage recruiting projects while prioritizing competing demands.
- Maintain a professional, consultative approach while supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to manage a high-volume recruitment process from intake through the offer stage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly review resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain hiring momentum.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position with flexible start times within a standard 8-hour workday. The team culture is collaborative and relaxed, with opportunities to build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available after establishing credibility within the team. Onsite parking is provided. The work environment includes open office space with a quiet atmosphere and corporate presence.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
