Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update vendor files, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation.
- Prepare and distribute customer statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with accounts payable, purchase orders, and customer statements
- Proficiency in invoice processing and vendor outreach
- Ability to perform three-way matching
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Oracle or large ERP systems is a plus
- Experience with AP automation tools is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, processing 150-200 invoices a day

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
