Job Description

Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Onsite Manufacturing  supporting our   Fremont   manufacturing location,  you'll  drive people initiatives   to shape & execute bold people strategies.

Your mission : Champion  people  development, revolutionize talent pipelines,  optimize  organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impact   Sr.   HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to   people   initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership .     The   Fremont   site employs approximately   400   employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces   Ketchup   a nd   supports   an   hourl y   wor k force   onsite .

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and   wil l   include some work outside of first shift operating hours .    Thi s is   a   24 /7   Manufa cturing   Site.

- Labor Relations:   manages employee & labor relations by investigating- resolving and communicating employee questions- issues- concerns- grievances- and sets union labor strategy for the facility.

​ Minimum  Requirements:

- 5+ Years of Experience  in   HR   s upporting hourly employees   and cross functional partners   within   a manufacturing environment.

- Strong eye for business, project management, and technical  proficiency   in   workplace technology and systems ( eg.   Workday ,   Dayforce,   Indeavor ,   MS   Office Suite,   etc )

- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights

- Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

- Strong   analytical and   problem-solving   skills, leading   change   through others.

- Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,   and the ability   to   manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
