THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Through a mix of clerical duties and exceptional service, you’ll be instrumental in creating lasting WOW moments that guests will remember long after their visit.
THE STARTING PAY: $14.50 per hour (plus service charge plus 3% commission)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
- Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
