The Role
The Deployment Coordinator supports the installation process for the ProSense HD product line, working closely with the Deployment Manager to keep installations, services, and expansions moving on schedule. This position helps coordinate between Sales, Customers, and Installation Partners, maintains accurate tracking of work orders and fleet health, and assists with site surveys, logistics and documentation. This position reports to the Deployment Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support scheduling and coordination of HD installations, services, and expansions with Sales, CS customers, and installation partners
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for BinSentry Partners on install, service, and expansion logistics
- Help maintain the Survey Tracker and Installation Calendar with up-to-date dates by customer
- Assist the Deployment Manager in responding to Sales and CS inquiries on installation status
- Work with the Operations Specialist to ensure Work Orders are created and delegated in the system to facilitate install or service by partners (or customers)
Site Survey & Documentation Support
- Assist in gathering and organizing bin dimensions, installation measurements, and site details ahead of surveys
- Maintain and update information in BinSentry's Work Order system
- Help prepare customer documentation packages used to guide installation
Installation Support & Customer Engagement
- Support initial training sessions for BinSentry Partners or customer installation staff (e.g., millwright, electrician, etc.) as needed
- Provide day-to-day installation support, answering questions and helping troubleshoot logistics or scheduling issues
Capture Learnings
- Relay field learnings, use-cases, questions, or change requests to the Deployment Manager and Product Management
- Suggest improvements to survey and installation processes, including content, instructions, device handling, and record-keeping
Stakeholder Alignment
- Support the Deployment Manager in maintaining the Site Survey Tracker and HD New Customer Tracker for Operations Update meetings
- Provide input to the Installation Tracker maintained by CS
- Participate in weekly status meetings with the Deployment Manager
Scope of Work (Does/Does Not)
Does:
- Support installation planning, scheduling, and site assessment logistics
- Collect, organize, and maintain critical site and equipment information
- Monitor fleet RYG status weekly and help drive follow-up action
- Assist in troubleshooting and best-practice guidance for product usage
Does Not:
- Physically install or remove BinSentry products
- Cut, disassemble, or alter client equipment/resources
- Perform wiring installation or removal
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support (ag-tech or agricultural experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working with data and trackers to monitor status and flag issues
- Comfortable with travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed
- Basic proficiency with measurement tools (laser measure, tape measure) and electronic devices (smartphone, modem) a plus
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and using small elevators. Also, not afraid of heights.

Location & Travel
Central in the U.S. and/or Canada is preferred for ease of coordination and occasional travel to client sites. This role may involve periodic travel (approximately 60-75% of the time) within and between the U.S. and Canada.
Within the First 90 Days
Training & Onboarding
- Gain a thorough understanding of BinSentry technology and solutions
- Familiarize yourself with internal processes, documentation, and the Work Order system
Fleet & Project Coordination
- Begin conducting weekly RYG status reviews and reporting findings to the Deployment Manager
- Begin accompanying Operations and Deployment team members on site visits for hands-on learning
- Support scheduling and tracking of installs and services under supervision
Collaboration & Planning
- Build solid relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Assist in maintaining trackers and preparing documentation packages for upcoming installs

Is BinSentry Remote?
This role typically starts and ends each day from your home location, with occasional travel to client sites or partner locations as coordination needs require. You will manage your schedule in coordination with the Deployment Manager and Operations team.
