About this opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Radio Software DevEnv Developer to join a dynamic team of developers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative technical environment. You will take ownership on supporting development environment and CICD infrastructure, drive technical design decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance production system platform for 5G/6G radio software development.
We work according to Lean and Agile principles and are organized in cross-functional teams where continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work.
What you will do:
• Design, develop, and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure, frameworks, and tools supporting Ericsson's current and future radio products
• Investigate and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures, ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery
• Develop tools, dashboards, and automated reports that provide visibility into build, test, and delivery processes
• Support and guide developers on CI/CD practices, tools, and workflows, and maintain related documentation
• Drive continuous improvements in development processes, automation, and developer productivity
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including single-agent and multi-agent systems, to automate CI, build, and development workflows across tools, APIs, and data sources
The skills you bring:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development and CI/CD environments
• 2+ years of experience building, supporting, or troubleshooting C/C++ applications and CI/CD infrastructure in complex distributed environments
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar automation and orchestration technologies
• Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting (Bash/Tcsh), as well as experience with at least one additional language such as C++ or Java
• Solid experience working in Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with source code management tools such as Git and Gerrit
• Experience with GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins, Yocto, and containerized environments
• Knowledge of build systems, makefiles, shared libraries, and GNU Autotools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
Meritorious qualifications:
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and modern AI architectures
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool-augmented AI systems
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
