Job Description
Coordinate the activities described in the Engineering Manual for the Launch of New Programs or Engineering Changes, ensuring compliance with the company's systems and procedures
## Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings to facilitate the implementation of Engineering Changes.
- Determine the resources required for the Pre-Planning process.Provide training to Methods Engineers and Methods Operators.
- Oversee programs that are in the Pre-Planning phase.
- Coordinate and follow up on Pilot and Prototype runs with the cross-functional team.
- Ensure compliance with established systems and procedures, as well as maintain the documentation required to support the entire Pre-Planning and Engineering Change process.
- Develop the training schedule for Methods Engineers and Methods Operators, and actively participate in training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date key documentation, such as the Footprint, Layout, and related records.Achieve 100% compliance with Engineering Department procedures.
- Maintain the Engineering Changes folder current and updated.
- Ensure proper follow-up and utilization of engineering tools during program launches.
- Adhere to company-established systems without any deviations.
- Ensure rigorous implementation within the planning process:
A) Master Board, Master Harness, Hybrid Harness, and Temple.
B) Exact Length Chart.

## Education Requirements
bachelors degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in automotive wire harness process
