### Meet the Team

###

Cisco’s AI Software & Platform Group builds enterprise AI platforms and developer tooling, integrating our networking, security, and observability portfolio with modern AI to power autonomous systems. We improve reinforcement learning, simulation, and predictive analytics to make enterprise AI accurate, grounded, and trustworthy.

###

Cisco is defining the future of enterprise operations with AgenticOps—an operating paradigm where human operators and autonomous AI agents collaborate in real time to configure, manage, secure, and heal complex infrastructure across Networking, Security, Observability, and Compute. Cisco Cloud Control is the unified platform bringing AgenticOps to life.

###

Your Impact

###

Within this organization, the Studio & Marketplace team leads the platform extensibility, low-code agent creation, and commercial partner monetization engine that transforms Cloud Control into an open enterprise operating system:

###

- ### Cloud Control Studio is the low-code builder and multi-agent orchestration plane where enterprise developers and IT operators create, test, and deploy customized AI agents, operational workflows, and automation applications.
- ### Cloud Control Marketplace is the global enterprise distribution catalog and commercial exchange where third-party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), and partners distribute and monetize agents, tools, and integrations.

###

###

In this role, you will form a tightly integrated leadership triad with Design and Engineering leadership, collaborating across Cisco’s Security, Networking, and Observability portfolios, AI Core Architecture teams, and global ISV partner ecosystems.

###

As the Senior Director of Product Management for Studio & Marketplace, you will:

###

- ### Set the North Star Product Vision & Strategy: Define, own, and implement the multi-year product roadmap for Cloud Control Studio and Marketplace, establishing Cisco as the definitive industry standard for enterprise agentic operations and developer extensibility.
- ### Own the Agentic Builder & Orchestration Plane (Studio): Drive the product lifecycle for low-code/no-code builder workflows, agent-to-agent collaboration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool integrations, and developer SDKs/APIs.
- ### Architect the Two-Sided Commercial Ecosystem (Marketplace): Design and scale business models, catalog discovery, consumption metering, subscription packaging, and ISV revenue-sharing structures to attract world-class enterprise software vendors and ecosystem partners.
- ### Standardize Enterprise Trust & Protocols: Drive platform adoption of modern agentic protocols (Model Context Protocol, A2A communication) while integrating deeply with Cisco AI Defense for runtime zero-trust guardrails, compliance, and policy enforcement.
- ### Build & Scale a High-Performing PM Organization: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and PM leaders, fostering a culture of product craft, customer obsession, and rapid execution.
- ### Drive multi-functional Matrix Alignment: Lead through influence across decentralized business units, establishing shared platform primitives and unified developer standards across product silos.
- ### Serve as Executive Product Evangelist: Represent Studio & Marketplace in executive customer briefings, C-suite advisory councils, analyst reviews (Gartner, Forrester), and major industry keynote stages.

###

Minimum Qualifications

###

- ### Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years of software industry experience, with a proven track record delivering product strategy, low-code/no-code builders, API ecosystems, or B2B enterprise SaaS marketplaces from concept through scaled commercial vitality.
- ### Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing hard-working talent building agentic AI platforms.
- ### Demonstrated success in software monetization models, GTM and marketplace dynamics.

###

Preferred Qualifications

###

- ### Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA.
- ### Modern AI & Agentic Systems Fluency: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI safety/guardrails.
- ### Ecosystem & Open-Source Leadership: Active experience leading partner ecosystems, developer communities, or industry API standardization initiatives.
- ### Enterprise Infrastructure Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with enterprise IT operations across Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Observability, and hybrid data center architectures.
- ### Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations, align multi-functional VP/EVP level partners, and engage Fortune 500 C-level buyers.
