Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and accounted for.

Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Stage and prepare materials for customer orders, installations, transfers, and deliveries.

Verify outgoing materials for accuracy before they leave the warehouse.

Coordinate with sales, operations, installers, and other team members to ensure materials are available and ready when needed.

Maintain an organized warehouse that allows materials to be located and retrieved efficiently.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.

Load and unload trucks and assist drivers, vendors, customers, and team members with material pickups and deliveries as needed.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, damaged products, or other inventory concerns.

Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and material movement documentation.

Help prevent product damage, inventory loss, and misplaced materials through proper storage and handling practices.

Maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.

Keep the warehouse, receiving areas, and storage locations clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.

Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

Take ownership of the daily organization and operation of the warehouse.

Other duties as assigned.
