About this role

As an Individual Contributor, this role leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to the development of enterprise-wide HR programs. The position serves as a subject matter expert and supports cross-functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Compensation Analyst I- Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation or related work.
- Compensation Analyst II- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or related work.
- Compensation Senior Analyst- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work.
- Compensation Consultant- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related work
- Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and build relationship across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
