Hours: 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do
As a CAD Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our design process, transforming architectural visions into detailed, buildable models using SolidWorks . You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to bring projects from concept to fabrication.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- ## Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to capture design intent and attachment conditions.
- ## Collaborating with sales and project managers to develop preliminary and shop drawings.
- ## Creating and revising engineering and fabrication drawings that guide our production teams.
- ## Coordinating with field managers to incorporate real-world measurements and feedback.
- ## Managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision and professionalism.
- ## Troubleshooting design challenges and contributing to innovative solutions.

What You Bring
- ## Associate’s degree in architectural technology, engineering, or equivalent CAD experience.
- ## 2–3 years of SolidWorks experience, especially with assemblies and weldments.
- ## Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- ## Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- ## Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
- ## A collaborative mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
