Position Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of organic social media publishing across all brands, locations, and service lines. This role ensures content is scheduled, posted, tagged, distributed, and optimized according to the organization's social media calendar while maintaining brand consistency and publishing accuracy.

Content Scheduling & Publishing

- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar.

- Ensure content is published according to campaign schedules and brand priorities.

- Coordinate publication timing across regions, locations, and service lines.

- Verify all posts contain appropriate captions, hashtags, tags, links, and creative assets.

Content Distribution

- Repost and repurpose approved content across multiple accounts and locations.

- Assist with distributing corporate content to local pages and profiles.

- Support amplification of community events, campaigns, testimonials, and field-generated content.

- Ensure content is appropriately adapted for platform-specific requirements.

Quality Control

- Review content prior to publication for:
- Grammar

- Branding

- Formatting

- Link accuracy

- Platform compliance

- Maintain consistency across all social accounts.

- Ensure content follows organizational policies and brand standards.

Platform Administration

- Manage day-to-day platform updates.

- Maintain account information, profile details, and publishing permissions.

- Organize content libraries and creative assets.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely receipt of approved content.

Engagement Support

- Monitor social channels for comments, mentions, and messages.

- Escalate inquiries and reputation concerns to appropriate teams.

- Support community management initiatives and audience engagement efforts.

- Assist with identifying user-generated content and engagement opportunities.

Reporting Support

- Track content publishing activity.

- Maintain posting schedules and publication records.

- Assist with monthly reporting on:
- Posts published

- Reach

- Engagement

- Follower growth

- Website clicks

- Provide basic performance summaries to social media leadership.

Collaboration

- Coordinate publishing requirements for campaigns, events, community engagement initiatives, and service line promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

- 1-3 years of social media, marketing, or content coordination experience.

- Experience using social media scheduling tools.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and publishing calendars.

Preferred

- Healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location business experience.

- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with Canva and basic content editing tools.

- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

- Experience supporting multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.

Schedule: Monday through Friday on-site.
