Job Summary The Electrical Apprentice will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential solar electrical systems across multiple active projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of electrical experience looking to grow their skills with a fast-paced company utilizing proprietary products. The company offers steady work and a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation and connection of residential solar systems, including panels, inverters, and electrical components
- Support troubleshooting and repairs to ensure system performance and safety
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and installation plans
- Work with patented/proprietary products while following company installation standards
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with Journeyman Electricians, installers, and project teams across multiple job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Required Qualifications

- 1–5 years of electrical experience or active apprenticeship enrollment
- Basic understanding of residential electrical systems (solar experience a plus)
- Willingness to learn and follow direction in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project sites
- Ability to pass a basic background check for clearance to work on public properties
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aiea, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
