About this role
The Product Enablement (PE) team sits within Meta's Product Risk & Compliance organization and partners with Product Groups (PGs) at the earliest stages of development to steward end-to-end risk reviews.
As a Product Risk Program Manager (PRPM), you will apply program management expertise and systems thinking to manage complex risk reviews from start to finish, enabling compliant product launches. You'll work hands-on with product and engineering teams to guide them through Meta's Risk Review process, while collaborating closely with legal, policy, engineering, and tooling partners to deliver a high-quality risk review experience, optimize processes, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support and manage the early product development support process to optimize Meta's Product Groups experience with Risk Review
Proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalate issues, and remediate pain points
Drive execution and accountability through clear communication, action tracking, and decision forums
Establish expertise across an end to end system that's focused on reviewing and mitigating product risks
Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, enabling them to navigate the Risk Review process efficiently and effectively
Ensure project details & risk details are well documented, tracked, and resolved with transparency and consistency
Establish and maintain coordinated relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering to align on priorities, ensure process adherence, drive continuous system improvement, and ensure reviews are processed with appropriate depth and speed
Provide guidance and support for supplemental risk assessments and research compliance reviews
Partner with Specialized Assessment (SA) and Assurance Assessment (AA) Product Risk Program Managers to ensure the appropriate product context is captured within the Risk Review system and support Product Groups through the triage & escalation and audit & remediation processes
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, program management, regulatory operations, or other operational discipline
3+ years of experience working within a product environment and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including legal, policy and product functions
2+ years of experience working in a regulatory domain like privacy, integrity, security OR in a role associated with data protection, regulatory response, operational risk management, compliance, audit and implementation of control frameworks, privacy by design, information security, or other highly regulated environment
Proven project management, problem solving, time-management and organizational skills, and the experience to set strategic priorities combined with a demonstrated history of delivering operational results
Experience driving alignment and resolution across stakeholders with differing priorities Demonstrated knowledge of a domain’s requirements (e.g. Privacy, Integrity, Security), preferably those applicable to a global tech company, and experience evaluating products or processes to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Project Management / Program Management Certification(s)
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
