About this role
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a trainer in ports, shipping, or logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of port operations, equipment handling, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and simulation-based training tools.
