The Role
Main Gaming Floor Bars is seeking a Superviso r to help lead the bar operations of the casino floor. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key frontline leadership role within one of Perth's most recognised hospitality destinations.
As a Supervisor , you’ll support the smooth delivery of daily service, mentor and guide a passionate bar team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play an important role in upholding our high standards and maintaining bar excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations and performance of the Main Gaming Floor Bars
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standards
- Lead, coach and motivate team members during service
- Ensure operational excellence, venue presentation and compliance requirements
- Assist with labour management, stock control and achieving business goals
About You
- Previous experience in a hospitality Supervisor role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
To Be Successful, You'll Need
- A current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
- Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and overnight shifts
- Hold full Australian working rights
