- Lead the Technical Consulting team responsible for integration guidance, solution architecture reviews, technical readiness assessments, testing support, certification activities, and launch preparation.
- Drive partner activation and readiness by establishing scalable frameworks for technical, operational, go-to-market, support, and merchant activation readiness.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Partner Success, Enablement, and Solution Engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding experience.
- Lead implementation transformation initiatives focused on workflow automation, tooling enhancements, documentation standardization, resource optimization, and self-service capabilities.
- Own and report on key performance metrics including implementation cycle time, activation velocity, merchant activation rates, resource utilization, portfolio health, partner satisfaction, and implementation quality.

What you’ll bring

- 10+ years of leadership experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, platform implementations, or related technology environments.
- 5+ years leading managers and large-scale delivery, implementation, program management, or consulting organizations.
- Proven success building and scaling onboarding, implementation, activation, or customer delivery functions.
- Extensive knowledge of embedded payments, payment processing, PayFac operations, merchant boarding, partner onboarding, implementation governance, and activation management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, payment integrations, technical enablement, risk and compliance dependencies, operational readiness frameworks, and change management.
- Demonstrated expertise in program and project management methodologies, governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Executive-level communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

It’s a bonus if you have

- Experience leading implementation or technical consulting teams within an embedded payments or payment facilitation platform.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project/program management certifications.
- Experience driving process transformation, workflow automation, and operational scalability initiatives.
- A track record of improving partner activation, onboarding efficiency, and customer experience through data-driven decision-making.
