The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and motivated Security Supervisor to assist in leading a team of Security Officers at one of our prestigious client sites. Our client provides a modern and unique environment, within 250 acres of idyllic parkland.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, supporting the security team while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, secure environment.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times
- Ensure all security procedures, site policies, and assignment instructions are followed
- Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night to ensure a safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences
- Support the Security Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide support in an emergency or evacuation situation, in a calm and professional manner

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Valid SIA Licence
- Valid UK Driving Licence, Manual
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
