Schedule & Location Details
This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:
- Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
- 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)
TARGET START DATE
The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

Requirements

- Supports the General Manager in daily operations
- Provides an exceptional overall customer experience
- Identifies operational issues and coaches team members toward solutions
- Consistently delivers high levels of customer service and hospitality
- Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations
- Encourages sales growth through hospitality and service excellence
- Assists the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends
- Works closely with the team while upholding company values
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Becomes proficient in all café operations, including sandwiches, smoothies, specialty drinks, and prep work
- Demonstrates sound business decision-making skills during uncertain or high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality
- Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees
- Experience with product ordering, food cost management, setting pars, and inventory counts
- Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Supports daily shift execution and operational flow
- Coaches and develops hourly team members
- Handles guest concerns and resolves customer issues professionally
- Assists with inventory management and product ordering
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
