Job Summary
Provide essential support for mobile units by coordinating schedules, ensuring unit readiness, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers or partners.
Job Duties
- Attend all Mobile Unit Events (day trips)
- Patient intake, payment process, database data entry, insurance verification
- Scheduling
- Address inquiries
- Liaison for patients and client
- Assist Mobile Team as needed with patients, housekeeping, and unit set up
- Coordinate the screening process to include intake of patient information, provide education, collect, verify and enter patient information into information systems, process payments/issue receipts and maintain event records/logs.
- Ensure sponsored patients are eligible for sponsorship and required documentation is collected.
- Attend mobile screening events at locations outside The Rose. Assist Mobile Technologist and Mobile Transportation Specialist in general housekeeping and setting unit up for patient services.
- Coordinate travel time and arrangements with assigned team for day. Drive either to or from the site of the day, when applicable. Maintain vehicle cleanliness before returning to storage area at the end of the day.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years’ experience in public speaking and/or outreach preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, required. Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal and written skills particularly in working with underserved women.
- Strong customer service background and ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
