Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you'll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy.

We are seeking skilled Language Educators, Linguists, Literature Experts, and Writing Instructors to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position. You will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary

We are seeking native or near-native speakers of Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Dutch to support a creative writing-focused AI training project . Consultants will evaluate written content, assess linguistic quality, provide editorial feedback, and help improve AI-generated writing. This project emphasizes language fluency, writing quality, grammar, style, creativity, and cultural nuance rather than translation work.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors' allowances).

Responsibilities

Contributors will:

- Evaluate AI-generated written content in their target language
- Review writing quality, grammar, style, tone, and clarity
- Provide detailed linguistic and editorial feedback
- Compare multiple written responses and identify stronger outputs
- Create short original written examples when required
- Apply language-specific and cultural knowledge to content evaluation
- Follow project guidelines and quality standards
- Document reasoning behind linguistic judgments

- Original writing samples when requested

Qualifications

- Native or near-native fluency in at least one target language
- Minimum 2 years of experience in language education, linguistics, literature, writing instruction, communications, or related fields
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience teaching or evaluating written language preferred
- Editorial, publishing, or content-review experience preferred
- AI training experience preferred but not required
- Authorized to work on project engagements in the United States
