The Workplace Services team creates seamless, welcoming and high-performing workplace experiences where people can do their best work. We bring together workplace experience, workplace services, catering, hospitality and essential services to ensure every aspect of the workplace works together—from the physical environment and daily operations to food, events and employee needs. The team provides operational leadership and regional direction, shaping service standards, operating models and partnerships while continuously improving how our workplaces operate. We balance employee experience, business needs, operational resilience and cost efficiency to deliver scalable and high-performing workplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop workplace services across multiple sites, covering workplace operations, hard and soft services, catering, workplace experience and vendor delivery. Develop internal and partner capability, accountability and future leadership talent.
- Translate regional workplace strategy into scalable operating models, service standards and solutions that improve employee experience, business productivity, resilience and cost efficiency.
- Oversee workplace operations including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, catering, space utilisation, parking, ticketing and service delivery. Establish performance metrics, governance and regular business reviews to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead vendor and IFM partnerships, including RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SLAs, KPIs and performance management, ensuring quality, value and innovation.
- Lead complex workplace projects and transformation programs, including office openings and moves, workplace transformations, RTO, regional events and global initiatives.
- Own budgets, forecasting, investment decisions, cost controls and productivity initiatives, balancing service quality with efficient use of resources.
- Partner with Food/F&B and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality food, hospitality, events, community and workplace experiences that support employees and business priorities.
- Use operational data, user feedback and technology to identify trends, inform decisions and improve service delivery, efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with senior business and functional leaders across Real Estate, Facilities, EHS, Security, IT and HR to influence priorities, investments, workplace decisions and regional strategy.
- Identify and manage operational risks and dependencies, ensuring critical workplace services are resilient and prepared to respond to changing business needs and disruptions.
