About this role

Responsibility Level:

This position is responsible for supporting OE/OES Customer Change Order (CCO) preparation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoice issuance and payment collection, maintaining relevant records, and assisting with tax-related activities. The role also supports continuous improvement of invoicing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Typical Duties:

- Responsible for the financial reporting of the assigned OE/OES sales channels for current business and targeted new business
- Responsible for supporting developing competitive pricing strategies
- Prepare and process Customer Change Orders (CCOs) for assigned OE/OES customers, ensuring data accuracy and identifying potential financial risks.
- Issue customer invoices accurately and on time, including distribution of original invoice copies when required.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Shared Service Center (SSC), and customers to ensure invoicing requirements are met and billing issues are resolved promptly.
- Support Sales teams by facilitating timely invoice issuance and payment collection.
- Partner with SSC and IT teams to investigate and resolve invoice-related issues, escalating urgent or complex matters when necessary.
- Manage invoice purchasing activities and maintain sufficient invoice inventory.
- Assist SSC with bank acceptance notes, foreign exchange payments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate the annual renewal and maintenance of the GT system.
- Provide support for internal and external audit activities.
- Liaise with tax authorities on tax-related matters and support compliance requirements.
- Prepare tax-related reports and monthly tax forecasts for submission to the tax bureau.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of invoicing operations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations; VAT invoice management experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
- Basic English proficiency, including reading and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation.
