About the Role

Marsh Specialty is seeking a Client Advisor / Assistant Vice President to help grow our PEMA business across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This role will support private equity firms, corporates, infrastructure sponsors, and financial institutions with due diligence, transactional solutions, regional infrastructure advisory, portfolio solutions, and strategic consultancy.

Based in Dubai, the role includes regional travel and close collaboration with Marsh colleagues across multiple practices.

What You’ll Do

Support the growth of Marsh Specialty’s PEMA business across MEA

Advise clients on M&A insurance, transactional risk, and infrastructure solutions

Build and manage relationships with investment funds, corporates, insurers, law firms, and advisors

Deliver due diligence reports and coordinate multi-workstream projects

Support infrastructure advisory, project finance, and risk management work

Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and team mentoring

Work across Marsh practices to deliver integrated client solutions

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in M&A advisory, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory

Strong knowledge of transaction documents and deal processes

Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Tertiary qualification in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field

Regional experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is preferred
